One of our founder’s mothers had been making these family favorites in her kitchen. After immigrating from India in the 1980s, our founders kept their culture alive by sharing their favorite flavors via restaurant & grocery endeavors.
With the incorporation of her chutneys on the menu, any recipe using the flavors became a hot commodity whether in the restaurant or catering! The team soon realized that the chutneys should be shared with everyone - and in 2016, Bleaf was born!
